Murder or Choice on a Whim

This is amazing. There's a news story lately about a woman who killed another woman and her unborn baby. She shot the woman in the stomach to kill the baby, and then she killed the woman. The killer is charged with murder, as well as "homicide of a fetus". HOW CRAZY IS THAT?? If you shoot someone's unborn baby, it's murder, but if you choose to kill your own unborn baby, it's a "choice". This is absolutely amazing to me, and it must be the first time in history where the decision over whether an action is considered murder or not is based solely on the opinion of the person committing the murder.
