GAO Report

Finding outright waste and limiting cuts only to that is foolish. Too much money is being spent on too many things that aren't necessary. Eliminate the duplicate spending, and continue to look for other areas to cut deeply. Democrats always use code words like "the most vulnerable members of our society" to set up the argument that every last dollar that goes to low-income or underprivileged people is an intelligent way to apportion the money. If there are truly humanitarian concerns, that's great, but let's cut out all the comfort and convenience things for people who are too lazy to go out and work for themselves. The American Dream isn't some freebie that's handed out, or some recklessly invented "right", the American Dream is the ABILITY to go out and work hard for the things you want for yourself and your family, and the implied potential for failure if you aren't willing to work for it.
